Worst online and call center service ever

Bought a car seat online on the 12 of July 2022. Followed up for a good 2 weeks. On the 22nd I'm told the system has an error and a whole effin long story. I bought this item for a baby shower for the 23rd... I am so unhappy and upset at the shady customer service.
