WORST MANAGER EVER - RUDE, ATTACKING WITH BAD ATTI

We went to purchase items advertised, SURPRISE, SURPISE....NO STOCK. When asked the sales rep to assist, was advised no stock, speak to the manager. We went to the front of the store and did that, what I got in return, was a rude, offensive man, insulting me and asking me if he must cut out the back of the paper and hand it to me. (where it states until stocks last). I reported this to a Lady via telephone today who advised the Head of Management will give me a call, which I was very impressed that the call came within half an hour. SURPRISE, SURPISE the person who called me was the same person im complaining about and he NOW CALLS ME A **** and DROPPED THE CALL ON MY EAR. He shouts and speaks over me?????? What reason do I have to lie. ALL I want is to be treated properly. Is that too much to ask for. He is personally attacking me and this is totally unacceptable. I am livered at the service and bad attitude, I had to be exposed to without good reason. Im disgusted with Herman's Aggressive rude nature. He even hesitated to give me his name, I asked 4 times before I could hear it because he was rambling it. SHOCKING that they tasked to deal with customers.
