Worst management / lack off service

Went to your Carnival mall store. Disgusted with the lack of service and management visibility on the sales floor. I was looking for a sweat band for my granddaughter as the netball season started and I promised her 1. When I got to the tills the items scanned at incorrect price. The cashier had to go and make a call 3 or 4 times AFter she finished her conversation with her colleague. Eventually Tebogo the "manager" came sloshing to the till after I waited about 7 minutes for YOUR STAFF TO COME AND CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES.!! Why will you not have supervisor or management at the tills on month end??? You ******** about your customers as I was not the only 1 complaining.
