Worst Laybye experience with Game Zevenwaght.

I would just log a complaint Regarding my laybye for a fridge at Game Zevenwaght. I laybyed a fridge in September 2020 a Hisense 420L to the value or R8000 as this month would have been my last payment and collection for my fridge I had the worst experience ever. After making arrangements to collect the fridge. I was told the fridge was suspended and they now want to replace the fridge with an even smaller one to the same value, also they don't even have stock so they want to give me the Display one with visible scratches on. No one even called to inform me before the time or anything its so unprofessional. I am very disappointed in Game Zevenwaght, I prepared my kitchen to my original fridges dimensions already its causing a whole inconvenience for me now. I would really like to hear from someone.
