Worst insurance ever!

<p>After buying a laptop at game I was approached by a consultant selling insurance.. after a discussion with her I was told that the premium would be R60 and that the first debit is scheduled to be deducted this month (December). Today I checked my bank statement to discover that a R305.80 was deducted from my account. After consulting the call centre I was told that I was charged a prorater fee and that my premium is not R60 but R150. I'm so furious as I am sitting with signed documents stating that my premium is R60. According to the agent I will not be refunded. This is so unfair as I was not explained any of this and I have the documents to prove that my premium is R60. I will not advise anyone to take insurance with them! No effort was even made by the consultant I spoke to at the call centre to have the matter taken further! I'm disappointed in this company!</p>
