Worst Game online shopping experience

I ordered a top loader washing machine online which delayed to be delivered. My son received it since they never called to say they will deliver on that day. The washing machine had visible dents and I reported it and now I've been sent from pillar to post waiting for them to collect and exchange it. It's been two weeks of waiting, I'm stuck with a dented washing machine that I bought cash but can't use. Im so disappointed.
