Worst Game i have ever been to the Brooklyn Branch

Good day

As a customer of Game and have supported the Brooklyn Branch the most as it was really close to my work for years and still is close to my wife's work place, my wife still supports the Brooklyn branch today.

I will from today never support this Branch again as my wife once and my self 3 times has been searched by the security and the security are not polite when exiting this Branch it is very offending and the 3rd time as well as my wife once in a matter of 3 months.

I understand the theft and crime of now days and the need to do this I really do but the impolitness and in all my years I have never been searched leaving any other game anywhere or other retailer for that fact. The security are welcome to ask for my backpack or parcels or I feel put a parcel counter up if need be or have your staff on the sales floor keeping a eye for those people that come and still and get them to assist help acknowledge customers there are many ways to fight shoplifter then serchsearching customers along leaving.

When I went back and asked the security for the manger she just points in a direction and again a impolite way to who I did not know. When waiting for the manager Moses another gentalman comes I was told to speak to him when I'm explaining to him and now getting upset a white gentalman talking on his cell phone walks up taps this gentalman I'm talking to on the shoulder and tries to call him alway while walking off that was so rude and not professional at all. Moses the so called manager then talks to me but not helpful at all he did not ever care really at all then I was asked to go to another person in a office.I thought i asked for the branch manager who is in charge of the branch and Moses did not seem to be that person again I was so disappointed I just left the store.

I will say Game the Brooklyn Branch having shopped there for over 5 years has become the worst game I have ever been to and it seems after today it's from the management down and I will never shop there again I'll drive to another if need be.
