Worst experience I ever had with Game

Worst experience ever ,I bought items on black Friday, then few days later I got email that my oder has been delivered, while i didn'tget my oder. then when I contacted them the gave me a tracking number, when I contacted the courier company, they told me that tracking number belongs to someone else who is staying at Bryston while I am not staying there. So game gave me tracking number that belongs to someone else. They keep telling me that my oder has been delivered. why would my oder be delivered at a placeI don't stay at. Game is failing us. No communication at all, you always have to run after them so they update you on . Even now I haven't received my items
