WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM PERTUNIA
Got to the store by 9h00 on a Sunday morning. Pertunia has a bad attitude towards customers and doesn't have a clue what customer service is. She left me hanging twice (because she has tea break) and had to wait for her as there is no one else who can assist me. When talking to other staff members they say she is employed by RCS and not Game. I will never return to this store as they do not respect their customers...
