Trust account made payment to the Game store on 08/06/26 and I went to the glen mall on the 11/06/26 only to be greeted by a rude finance manager named Silindile who advise me that I have to 3 hours for the head office to confirm the payment. Tried calling the call centre and I spoke to unhelpful lady by the name of Pindo at customer care whom refused to give me her details. What’s the point of making payment vie EFT ? Why do I have to wait 3 hours for payment to be confirmed. This is honestly the last time I purchase anything from game store and their rude flip consultant
