Worst experience by far

Gateway Game is by far the worst store I've ever dealt with. I bought a LG washing machine last year and paid for an extended warranty now when i have a problem with it they are doing **** all to help. For the last 3 weeks we have been to the store every day asking for help and they are giving us the today /tomorrow someone will sort it out story. So after 3 weeks of suffering my friends and family know where to not purchase appliances from. Do not ask me for my contact details instead contact the Gateway Game store and check with them view cctv footage to show everyday we have been to the store. The LG technicians are no ****ing help either..... came 3 times with parts that dont work trying to repair something that clearly cant be repaired so the stalling for time probably waiting for my extended warranty to end.
