Worst Experience at Game Galleria

I have has the absolute worst experience with Game Galleria. I have purchased a Hover board in 2020 and it seems that every hover board that has been given to me is problematic keeping in mind this was suppose to be all brand new items. The last hover board that was replaced in December 2021 and within the 1 year warranty there was 2 faults with it of which it was sent for repairs. There now want to return it to me after the warranty is over. I refuse to take it back and want a a fully refund. seeing that these products have been constantly problematic why would i now take it back went i have no warranty. Game has given me story after story about the manufacture TEVO, my payment was not done to TEVO it was done to Game Galleria. The management staff take no authority and just pass the buck on.
