Worst experience

I have phoned and ask with no reply. I bought a fridge R10 000 worth cash on the 12th. It has a 4 year warranty. It was delivered 14th and i logged a complaint on the 19th that the fridge is not working. 4 weeks later, a hisense technician was here and said game has to replace the unit. I am still without fridge.
