Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a Bennet Read iron from Game Westgate with a one year warranty. After about 2 months, the iron couldn't turn on. We took it back to Game, unlike other stores, they don't do refund or exchanges. They took the iron in for fixing and told us it will be ready in 2 weeks. It ended up taking over a month. After we got it back, it turned on, but was leaking and didn't get hot. We took it back again and had to wait another 2 weeks for them to fix again. We just got it back, and now it does regulate the heat anymore, it is burning clothes because it just gets super hot and stays hot and doesn't self regulate as advertised. We don't even want to waste another trip to them. It is the worst experience ever. I will never set foot in a Game store ever again.

They don't even deserve the one star.
