worst ever expeirence in terms of warranty

My microwave I bought at GAME just stopped working for some reason. The microwave just stopped heating food. so it is under warranty but when I took it to GAME clearwater they told me it will take 21 days to fix it. I mean is this a helicopter or microwave? Microwave is something I use everyday and this really an inconvenience that I have to wait 21 days to get my microwave fixed. I regret buy such an essiatial appliance from GAME because their warranty turnaround time sucks
