Worst customer support. EVER!!!!
I bought a Hisense washing machine in November last year and already I HAVE ISSUES. About 6 weeks ago it just didn’t stop pouring water. I contacted the support desk and after me having to constantly pester them, a technician arrived and fixed it.
Hardly two weeks later, the machine broke again. That time, I’m only staying with my wife at the house, so there cannot be that much laundry in a house of two people.
I regret buying anything from these people because they simply DO NOT CARE.
All I want now is a new machine because I’m going to have issues with this one after my warranty expires.

If the item is still within the manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer will determine whether your goods will be replaced or repaired. I have escalated your query, and you will be reverted to.
