Worst customer service on refunds
I have been waiting for my refund for more than 39 days now every time I do follow ups I am told 7-14 working days.proof of payment has been sent but still no refund.thier online system failed my order and money was deducted. I have been sitting for more than 30 days now without an Iron and other important staff that I had ordered.
