Worst customer service from Groblersdal Branch

I called the Groblersdal branch yesterday since I saw a DSTV Explorer on special online to check if they have stock so that I can go and buy. They transferred me to the person who is dealing with them. When he said he was going to check stock, the line cut off. When I called again few minutes later, they told me he was on lunch. I called again, this time I was transferred to the wrong department; I spoke to Maria at Cellphone counter. She told me that the person is still out. I insisted that somebody should help me because out of the whole shop it can’t be one person who knows where the stock is. I do not want info about it I just want to check availability. She told me that it is two of them and they are both out. The only thing she can do for me is to take my number and give to whoever comes back first. I did, no one called. I called the store again 1 and half our later and there was no answer, twice.
