Worst Customer Service Ever!!

l recently bought a laundry machine from Game Menlyn last week. They told me that they would deliver in 3-5 working days. l told them to give me a heads up before delivering because l work 2 hours away but alas, they called me when they were at the gate!!! They ended up returning with the product. So l called them to find out why they didn't call me. The responses l got were rude. One time l was told that the only person who can help is on a lunch break, at 15:18 PM, and that he would call after his lunch. An hour later l had not received a call, so l went there. They still couldn't arrange a proper day to deliver!!! They couldn't give me the driver's contact details for some odd reason, and they told me that it wasn't their job to ensure that l have communication with the driver. l will not be buying anything from Game going forward.
