WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Sent my Russell Hobbs toaster in for repairs almost 4 months ago, I've received no communication regarding the progress of the repair and everytime I follow up all I hear is "We will call the supplier". It is literally the WORST service I have ever received!!! I will NEVER buy an appliance from game again!
