Worst customer service ever.

We bought a washing machine that was new.the drum was cracked and they gave us the run around when they had to change it.absolytely poor service when I spoke in a calm manner and gave them time frame that was told to wait.time frame passed and still no assistance.when I started shouting only then we got our money back.please do not trust the guy called Ashwin at game.he is a ***** that takes advantage of elderly women.realy disappointed by game service.
