Worst customer service ever

I have lost my patience. The customer service here is appalling you don't get a manager to assist but they in a box chatting away . This is my second generator I have had break on my all I asked is to refund me and I will go somewhere else . I was told I have to wait 21 days .Duke the sales manager still refuses to assist . Suzan at the returns desk says she will not be able to help as he will not attend my situation
