Worst customer service... EVER!!

GAME (Bellairs Mall) CUSTOMER SERVICE in every way does nt exist 🙄 I have a query going on for almost 3yrs.. 4 store managers and Cindy (rest her soul) to date it was pass the buck and still nt sorted out.

Now after me complaining I must bring receipt (after 3yrs) and my fan must be checked in to see if can b fixed 🙄🤔

If I was told this from the beginning it wud have been done... It works I bought when there was a heat wave in Jhb and bought a display unit off floor (which makes me the stupid) it works its the mister tray that leaks.... NO HELP... JUST MORE HEADACHES... I AM DONE DEALING WITH PEOPLE NT KNOWING THEIR JOBS!

Actually glad this store is closing down... Clearly the community did nt want to surport this store!
