Worst customer service ever
Never buy anything through game store because if you buy a new thing and used it once and it does not work you will wait a month not getting any call from the tecnitian that is supposed to contact you in 3 to 5 days i am still waiting i will now go to the ombudsman and never buy any hisense product because you will use it once and it will not work
