Worst Customer Service EVER

I am absolutely disgusted with the performance of Game Eastgate employees, we have sent multiple mails and called I don't even know how many times for someone to assist with the ignition on the gas braai we bought. Even managed to get the managers details and he hasn't even responded!!!!
