WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, customer service is very poor , there's no consultants on the floor to assist . I bought a mirror and when I asked the till operator to bubble wrap the mirror I was then told that I have to go back to the department when I got the mirror and aske the consultant to bubble wrap the mirror.

First of all THERE WAS NO CONSULTANT in that department , I asked one of the guys that were on the floor to assist me with the bubble wrap and all he said was "I'll get someone for you" and he disappeared .

Eventually someone came and they still left me standing there and said they're going to Customer Service to get the bubble wrap.

This was the worst experience ever and I'd never shop at this place ever again!!!!!
