Worst Customer Service

I bought a Trojan Squat Rack Online at Game for R1299 and then saw it costs R999 at Makro. I phoned their call centre to cancel my order and the representative said no email Game and they will do price match. So I emailed and they refused because Makro gives a 3 year warranty and Game only a 2 year warranty. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you for wasting my day.
