Worst customer service!

After purchasing a washing machine that was faulty on the 1st cycle, a complaint was logged. I was assured a technician would come take a look at it. In the mean time I had to purchase another machine as I run an airbnb. The faulty machine has now had to be moved into a storage unit as there are guests in my apartment. I have still not had any confirmation of when the machine will be looked at or returned. I do not need a replacement, I need a refund. Every call agent keeps telling me the issue will be escalated and yet nothing happens. Over a week later... Who is going to pay for the storage fee that I am now incurring?
