Worst customer service!! DO NOT purchase from Game

I ordered items online and they were delivered broken. I immediately sent an email to customer service to inform them about the situation. It has been three weeks with numerous calls and emails back and forth and still, there has been no effort to rectify this issue whatsoever. Empty promises and nothing else. Truly the worst customer service experience I've had. Will strongly discourage anyone form purchasing items online. Wouldn't recommend Game stores at all.
