Worst Customer Service at Game Jabulani Mall

I went to Game Jabulani Mall on the 14th of December 2019 and the service was horrible!!! I get there I am looking for bicycles for my kids, it took me sometime to get help from them and he directs me to the toy section for the said bicycles I am looking for. When I get there, the other staff member tells me no we don't have those here go to information desk and ask where we have them. I go and I am directed again. It took me almost 40 minutes for assistance, everyone is rude. From the manager to the jewellery cashiers
