Worst customer service

It is sad to say that was supposed to be a great experience became our worst. 17/12/2017 We went to Game Festival mall to buy a new fridge oven microwave etcetera. After we had to beg for any attention we were helped by the sales rep Rodney whom seemed more interested in chatting to his co- workers than assisting us but we eventually paid for our fridge only to be told after we paid there is no stock. The delivery were supposed to be 2nd of Jan 2018. We phoned numerous times and every day we are told today is the day!!!! To this day NO FRIDGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED. We sit at home patiently every day only to be disappointed over and over again.
