WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am UTTERLY appalled with the service I have received from Game and if I didn't need the account credit, I wouldn't step foot in the store again!!

I was in store yesterday at 12pm requesting a card conversion from a Dion Wired account to Game.

I told them that it was a matter of urgency as I need thr laptop for work and they promised that it would be done within 24 hours. Iv now been I store for 2 hours, iv spoken to 5 people in customer service, one person on New Business and if it isn't the calls cutting, not being able to make outbound calls, no one knows how to communicate and this seems to be MY problem.

Everything has been done on my side. Head office guaranteed that this would be sorted in 24 hours but now im being told theyve only received the information this morning.

WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON??
