Worst Customer Experience ever

<p>This complain has gone on long enough you advised you get back to me and you haven’t, I am disgusted with the way this situation has been dealt with the trolley guy that grabbed the handle of my son seat, and being verbally abusive, I was told in store when asking for a manager. The guy didn’t resolve it, then Senior Manager at Game Somerset mall ask if come back, after that experience my husband and I just don’t feel right, my 2 year old son… again how would you feel if you child saw something</p> <p> </p>
