Worst Customer Experience
I complained on this very platform on the 17th of December as well as at the store and on Twitter, all you do is promise lies. I'm sitting here with a washing machine that's not working for over 8 months now.

08 Jun 2020, 13:10Can you stop getting every person in the store to call me unnecessarily and asking me repetitive questions. Why is it so difficult to assign my query to one individual who will assist with this and see it through?! What is the whole difficulty in this?! Maybe Consumer Advocate is the answer!
