Worst customer care experience I have ever had

The worst customer care experience I've had by far - Ruqaiyah Forbes among many that have promised to assist have not done anything of the sort since 27/11/2022 I have made numerous calls. I am put on hold for more that 10 minutes at a time . Julle Kraap my om
