Worst company Game and Rcs

I decided to clear my account with game in oct 2018 and asked them for a settlement amount to close the account they gave me the amount and I paid it immediately. All of a sudden since 2020 they have been harasing me saying I still owe them with attorneys ad the account was givin over I phoned the attorneys spoke to a guy called Ketklego said he see the mistake and will shortly send settlement letter to clear my name ....until this day I have not heard from game or rcs regarding my paid up letter . All I have received from them in the meantime is harassment from attorneys . Do not do business with then they stock bad quality items which is over priced they know nothing about customer service and give a flying sheep about following up because if I had to phone again I will have to do everything over from day one. Alot of these companies does this too young and inexperienced people to rob them and claim more money as to what was paid. Since 2020 I have not done any business with them id rather pay more for quality and service
