Worst cellphone insurance

<p>I bought a phone at Game and took the instore insurance which I have paying diligently every month.My phone fell into the water 2 weeks ago,I called and they said someone would come and pick up the phone within 48 which has not happend.I have been calling everyday as I need my phone fixed and they always say someone will come the following day but nothing.What kind of service is this?</p>
