I think we as South Africans should boycott the whole Masstores group until they employ competent and capable staff members it is the customers that are keeping these employees employed. I have been trying to return an office chair I purchased on 21/08/2023 from their online store everyday I send emails with no response, then I log onto their website and chat to a different person from their support desk.
