Worst and poorest customer service

<p>I bought a KIC fridge at Game Store WESKUS MALL in vredenburg , when I plugged it on for the first time it didn't make any ice , I called game they sent technicians. They did fault finding and the fridge had no gas which they charged with gas and it worked . The fridge is not working now again and it's been a month I've been struggling with them , they have the worse customer service ever, incompetence on the floor managers. I'm disappointed. </p>
