Worst aftersales service Ever!

Game. Your aftersales service are the poorest of poor! You take almost a whole day to reply to emails! Then we have to wait 24-48 hours to even just get someone to contact you regarding your problem! Then you still have to wait form them to attend to the call out, then you have to wait until it is fixed! This is an urgent matter! Honestly. WHO can be without a washing machine for more than a week on end! Unacceptable! I will never by anything from you again.
