Worse that poor customer service

I spoke to 5 different consultants to cancel a TV order so I can place a new one under my own TV licence and I have never been so frustrated in my life. They don't seem to want to cancel the order and keep giving me the around and I don't understand why. I spoke to Thandiwe for 32 minutes and still nothing was done and Tshepiso promised to do it with his manager Mr.Ashveer. Emails from Zubair and Lachei asking me for the same thing while I have explained myself five times already. This is the most pathetic service ever.
