Worse Service from Game
Worse service ever, doesn't even deserve a star. I made 2 purchases of Jacob's coffee's to collect at Game Baywest Mall, I then got an message to pick up, unfortunately I couldn't pick up the same day, the following day I got an sms and an email my order has been picked up and I called the store who said they will speak to customer service, till today she is still speaking to them because I have not received any feedback.
Yesterday I got a refund for 1 instead of 2 orders again no explanation.

27 Dec 2024, 07:33I need proof of pay as you say the refund was done on the 20th. Still nothing on my account. I can't just enquire at my bank and say money was paid in without proof.
