WORSE SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

Last week Wednesday I called through to esquire about the hot belt that was advertised on TV. I was advised Game by West Street Durban that they do not have stock that I should try the Pavilion. So I called through the Pavilion and yes they did have stock, but the Pavilion is out of my way and I am based in Durban close to west street. I then checked Game's web page and saw they can deliver the product to which ever store is convenient for the customer. Annoyed I called Game West Street and asked why did he make me do all the running around when he knows they can do it. He assured me he will get my hot belt. to date I have not received a call I was forgotten about, and now he tells me nobody wants to drive the company car its a risk to them. WHAT THE HELL??? I call to report this to their Head Office, AND THEY ARE TEN TIMES WORSE, ALL THEY DID IS TRANSFER AND TRANSFER ME, IMAGINE MY AIRTIME NOBODY CAN ASSIST??? I am totally disgusted in GAME I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD EXPERIENCE SUCH SERVICE, IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THAT THEIR LOGOS AND ADVERTISING ALL NOT TRUE.
