Worse service ever

On Friday went to Game at Waterfall mall Rustenburg to buy my son a bicycle I was given a display one not knowing am just inviting the worse out of all first the guys who said I must take it didnt give good service when we got home my daughter noticed that the wheels are flat secondly it didnt have the chair adjuster so I took it back today on Tuesday what a service I got from those so called supervisors they were so rude *********** and with no respect for the customers with just supervisors better to have no shop like that operating I guess maybe is not for people who works with customer service is for people who expect less from customer service yah neh even street vendors who knows nothing about customer service,servers better can we resolve this issue than I will shop where people understand customer service not who are only there to get paid .
