Worse service

The worse service received. I was buying a Bfit fitness scale at game Menlyn yesterday,and before taking it I asked them to check if it was working, only to find out that the batteries on it were old and no longer working. I then asked to arrange working batteries. I was then told by a manager that it is impossible, I will need to buy working batteries. Which was unfair as it was supposed to be sold with working batteries. When I raised that, she was so rude with me, and I told her that I will take this up and she answered and said she doesn't care if Game fires her she will go and work as a domestic worker. Her service was horrible.
