Worse online service

Worse online services ever! I placed an order on 03/01/2022. I swiftly received a response on 04/01/2022 saying : "Our delivery PROMISE is Within 7 days, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account." The status showed "DISPATHED" Today is 12/01/2022....Guess what...still no delivery! In the meanwhile I had to make arrangements to make sure someone is at home to receive the parcel.. Needless to say, we are all back at work so delivery hopefully will be after 13:00. O and before I forget...I tried the online WhatsApp chat.... What a waste of time! Nobody is responding or communicating with me! My online experience is just horrible with this order! I cannot recommend any online orders of Game to anyone! Really, you will be wasting your time! I have phoned ***, no answer...used the WhatsApp service, no-one phoned me back. Even sent an email enquiring about the delivery. No response! You should think that with the epidemic we are living in, online shopping is the future...
