Worse after sales service from Game

I bought a Dishwasher online on the 22nd of November 2023. It was delivered on the 24th of November 2023. Excellent service!!! Well so we thought, until we opened the packaging on the 25th November 2023 and found that the dishwasher was damaged. (Badly dented) I immediately reported it on the WhatsApp contact, sent picture as requested. On the Monday 27th i received an email asking for details of damage and pictures, which i sent.... well ever since then it has been a nightmare! No concrete feedback, even though I follow up constantly. They keep telling me they have escalated it and are awaiting feedback. Today is the 4th December 2023 and I still have no idea of what they are going to do about it. I obviously cannot use the dishwasher either. Absolutely frustrating !!
