Worried citizen

I have an account with game so last in February I decided to pay all the debt that was due because in 2016 I tried to purchase a fridge and I was told that my account was closed so since I could not buy and was told it closed I decided to pay all the money that I was owing Game in Feb 2017 but later in 2017 I received calls from several people requesting money that they say I owe them (Game) when I asked which money cause after paying I didn't purchase anything they could not respond but told me to pay because they will take legal actions. My concern is how did I end up owing R485 when I was told my account was closed and I didn't purchase anything after paying. What worries me most is that when their consultants call me they threatened me because of questions I normally ask them and they cannot respond to them kindly assist because with other shops I have never experienced something like this.
