Won't replace faulty vacume

I purchased a Bennet vacume cleaner from Game, it broke 6.5 months later. I returned it and it was sent away to TEVO. After a few emails asking for feedback I heard nothing. 1 Month later I went into Game to enquire - low and behold it was there. They are refusing to replace or repair saying it is not for commercial use? I am beyond shocked, as I only clean my own house. With it being a wet and dry vacume I have no idea what the problem could be. I have sent two emails enquiring in this regard and they keep on telling me they will get back to me. Nothing still. Game you will never see me again - I promise.
