Wonderpark Gamedoes not want to help me. Genesis Vacuum machine stopped working after 3 months.

Genesis DuraVac I bought a vacuum machine from Game Wonderpark on the 10 Feb 2022 and now stopped working. I hae lost the receipt however I still have the SMS proof of purchase, the box with all items and the bank card I used. The vacuum machine stopped working within 3 months. I was told by the store that they cannot help without a reciept. Totally unacceptable because I can proof the purchase and they can look it up. Terrible service.
